Privacy Policy.

Plain language. No surprises.

This policy explains what information Lee’s Dog Training LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through leesdogtraining.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • We collect what you send us through the contact form, and basic analytics about how the site is used.
  • We use it to reply to you, run the business, and measure our advertising.
  • We don’t sell your information. Not to anyone, ever.
  • You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.

Information you give us

When you use the consultation form, you send us your name, email, phone number, and the details you share about you and your dog: your dog’s name, age and breed, your city and state, when you’d like to start, how serious you are about training, your training goals, and anything else you choose to add (like past training, how you found us, or questions). The form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers it to our inbox at leesdogtraining@gmail.com. Web3Forms handles the submission under its own privacy policy.

If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you share with us.

We use this information to answer your questions, schedule consultations and training, and follow up about your dog. We don’t add you to a marketing email list unless you ask us to.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use, and how they found us.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to see whether our ads lead to real inquiries. When someone sends the form or taps a phone link, the site records that a conversion happened. We don’t send your form answers to Google.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies, set by Google, and Google may use the data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google may also use it to show our ads to people who have visited the site.

Your choices:

Embedded videos and maps

Some pages include YouTube videos. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and a video only loads from YouTube after you press play. Once it does, YouTube may set cookies and collect usage data under Google’s privacy policy.

Some pages include a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and may set cookies.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on GoDaddy’s managed WordPress platform. Like most websites, the server keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website or email system is perfectly secure.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and business (such as Web3Forms, Google, and our hosting provider), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails and client records as long as we need them to serve you and run the business, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Children

The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at leesdogtraining@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Governing law

This policy and the use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the effective date below.
