**Purchase Price**

**Payment Methods Accepted**

- Credit/debit card (3% processing fee applies)
- 12-month payment plan of $150 per month, auto-debited from the buyer’s preferred debit/credit card.
**Included Items**
As part of this agreement, the following items will be provided:
1. **Plastic Crate** – A crate suitable for a puppy will be included to assist with crate training.
2. **Starter Bag of Food** – A small bag of the puppy’s current food will be provided to aid in the transition to its new home.
3. **Training Equipment** – A pinch collar, e-collar, and a set of leashes will be supplied to continue training.
4. **Veterinary Records** – All up-to-date veterinary records, including vaccination history and health check-ups, will be handed over at the time of transfer.
**Late Payment and Reclaim Clause**
If the payment plan falls behind by more than 30
days, the seller reserves the right to reclaim the dog. The buyer agrees to
return the dog within 48 hours of written notice from the seller. Failure to do
so will result in legal action.
**Veterinary Care**
The puppy has received the following veterinary care:
- Vet checkup on September 4th, 2024
- Administered oral pill for Nexgard Plus for fleas, ticks, heartworm, roundworms, and hookworms.
- Administered oral bordetella booster.
- Licensed veterinarian examination.
- DA2PPv, 1st dose.
- Vet checkup on September 27th, 2024
- Administered oral pill for Nexgard Plus for fleas, ticks, heartworm, roundworms, and hookworms.
- Licensed veterinarian examination.
- DA2PPv, 2nd dose.
The puppy is due for rabies shots on October 27th, 2024.
The results of 267 genetic trait tests will be provided to the buyer at purchase or prior to purchase.
**Training**
The puppy has been trained to perform at service dog levels in the following commands: down, stay, come, wait, heel, no, quiet, relax, back, bed, crate, stick around. Videos documenting the training can be accessed at https://leesdogtraining.com.
The buyer acknowledges that continued training is required to maintain the puppy's learned behaviors, and agrees to follow Lee’s Dog Training's methods. If other training methods are used, the puppy’s training and behavior may deteriorate.
**Health Guarantee**
The seller guarantees that the puppy is fit for sale
at the time of transfer. If the puppy is deemed unfit by a licensed
veterinarian at the time of sale, the buyer is entitled to a refund.
**First Right of Refusal**
If at any time the buyer wishes to return, rehome, or surrender the puppy, the seller has the first right of refusal indefinitely. If the seller declines to take the dog back, the buyer is released from all contractual obligations. No refunds will be made unless the puppy is deemed unfit for purchase at the time of sale by a licensed veterinarian.
**Spay/Neuter Agreement**
The buyer agrees to spay or neuter the puppy by their licensed veterinarian’s recommended age or no later than one year of age if no recommendation is made.
Failure to spay/neuter by this time grants the seller the right to reclaim the puppy. The buyer agrees to return the puppy to the seller if this condition is violated, without a refund of the purchase price. If the buyer refuses to return the puppy, the seller retains the right to pursue legal action to enforce this provision. The buyer must return the puppy within 48 hours of receiving written notice of reclaim.
**Buyer’s Responsibility for Ongoing Care**
The buyer agrees to provide appropriate care for the
puppy, including regular veterinary checkups, vaccinations, flea/tick/parasite
treatments, and any other care recommended by a licensed veterinarian. The
buyer is responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of the puppy
following the transfer of ownership.
**Liability and Care**
The seller is not liable for any damages, injuries,
or losses caused by the puppy after the sale. This includes but is not limited
to injuries to people or other animals, damage to property, or other
liabilities incurred by the buyer or third parties.
